Congressman Luis Gutierrez came to the House Floor to respond to Newt Gingrich, who has begun calling President Obama the “Food Stamp President.” Armed with facts, the Congressman has a little fun setting the record straight and despite the name calling, he concludes that “hunger knows no race or religion or age or political party. Hunger is colorblind.”
